We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging purchased directly from our store.

Within 30 days of delivery, customers are eligible for a refund or replacement. After 30 days, we may offer an exchange or store credit depending on the condition of the item.

All returns must be initiated by contacting us to receive return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Items must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. Do not place shipping labels directly on the product box. Products must be shipped back inside a protective poly bag or an additional outer box to preserve the original packaging.

Returns are subject to a shipping fee unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Spare/replacement Flux Binding parts are available for purchase! Most common parts are available for quick purchase. Find them on our PARTS Page.

Include your proof of purchase and clear photos of the damaged product.

Once submitted, we’ll review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
